"Admin and secretaries in this clinic are completely incompetent- I have been in contact with the clinic many times, everything is made incredibly difficult from admin and queries point of view- no emails to send referrals to, people don't answer the phone , extremely made difficult referral and arranging appointments / scan process etc etc. Last one was Dr Boos ' secretary- what dark ages are we living in that you ask me to post or deliver personally my referrals, seriously?"

"Amazing Emergency Room experience, best I have ever had. The entire staff were lovely. Nurses were caring, patient, and gentle. Doctor took time to thoroughly discuss the symptoms and even found some things they werent looking for. The radiation technicians were also friendly and patient. Even putting in and taking out the catheter was the least painful Id experienced. Staff checked in with us throughout. Wait times werent too long as we called ahead (called ahead! Never knew of an ER where you can call ahead instead of just waiting for hours to be seen). I had been to the clinic many times previously for other tests and consultations and always had a good experience all around. Highly recommend this hospital. I honestly dont want to go anywhere else."
