"Quite disappointed with my first experience here, I was debating leaving a review but I’m generally upset with my experience. I chose this salon due to the many positive reviews however I left the salon very disappointed. Booking was perfectly fine however the stylist I was booked in with was running late so my consultation was moved to someone else which was fine, these things happen . Unfortunately this stylist was not comfortable doing a colour correction (regrowth, lvl 9 banding, lvl 10 ends). So I was again moved to another stylist however this stylist did not have availability on the day needed even though the stylist I was first put with had the space? So because one stylist was late and one no confident I’m now left with my messy hair from months of depression having to go to conventions like this. Edit: to the owners response, I want to confirm I did not speak with the stylist I was originally booked with. The lady I had the consultation with was the replacement. I did state over the phone I had 4 inches of regrowth, with a band and bleach ends…"

Emily has taken my hair from dark brown to bright blonde to copper and it’s always looked fantastic and Meg has given me many toners which has always been a great experience with lovely conversation! "I have been going to Carmelo Hairdressing I think since 2017 and every time I have received a fantastic service. I like to play with colours and most of the time I have been doing balayage adding some pop colour every so often. Lately I was lucky to be selected to be a model for one of their training session and I have had a deep plum balayage executed amazingly by Megan.I am so in love with my new colour! I also have my haircut done with them (Carmelo,Katie) and they are always been perfect. They are all very talented and more importantly they are very attentive.
