"I got fillers done by one of their nurses. it was completely unsymmetrical, bumpy and honestly just a botch job. I went in to talk to them because I was so upset and one of the female doctors -blonde with the worst beside manner I've ever experienced proceed to gaslight me ,they all did to be honest saying how it looked fine but they'd take pictures on their ipad anyway. at that point I wouldn't even let them dissolve, if they can't clearly see the very obvious problem then why would I trust them to correct it. Luckily I found a surgeon in donnybrook who validated what I said, that there was lumps and asymmetry and dissolved my lips for me at my own expence, the whole thing honestly had such a major impact on my mental health i had waited years for it to dissolve naturally and it never did so thank god he did it for me. its bad enough getting botched but gaslit too it was another level of unprofessionalism and so disappinting especially from female practitioners as they should know women are too often gaslit and not believed by medical professionals. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything. dont be fooled by the fancy furnishings this place is far from a luxury experience and they should be ashamed for how they treated me."

"I was there for a very simple and superficial skin operation (less than 5 minutes) that was supposed to solve the issue in one go but it didn’t,indeed. They told me a price before arranging the appointment with the doctor, the day of the appointment they asked me for just a bit more than agreed and although I was not fully happy because it didn't look professional at all, at the end we played that it was just a previous misunderstanding and I agreed to go ahead paying the difference .When I contacted them telling that the operation was not successful, they asked for more money again, so at that point,realizing that I was probably in the wrong hands, I refused to pay another extra fee and I claimed for my money back .The answer was no money back and no issue sorted without money. Very professional. So at the end of the story putting everything together here we have what I got: - Their leaflet speaks about a free consultation visit but it wasn't my case. That looked misleading to me since beginning. - The price was different even if I asked before. - I was waiting a week to discuss the issue after they talked to the doctor but because someone typed my number wrongly in their database, they were trying to contact me for a week in vain. - I was trying to contact them but seems that days and opening hours don’t match what is written on their business card. They have an answer machine that tells you different opening days and hours and asks you to leave a message to get a call back. - The job was not done properly and when I asked for my money back they said that I signed a paper where was written that the treatment might take more than one visit. So better reading accurately taking your time or just bringing your lawyer with you when you go there. When it comes about touchy topics like face skin or others aesthetical matters every detail counts, form the service level to the info released by the secretary and the way the customers are treated afterwards. These are the main differences between a private clinic and a hospital. Next time better go directly to the Beacon clinic in Sandyford (that one is a real state of art),I know it is more far away but it is a different planet in terms of professionalism and care .And definitively it is not so overpriced."
