"Absolutely amazing service. I took one of the residents where I work for a hair cut here. I hadn't booked an appointment and we were seen as soon as someone was available. We got to see Steph who I can honestly say is so friendly, welcoming and importantly a super talented barber. I have already recommended her to people I know. I didn't need to tell her that the lad I had brought in had learning disabilities (which isn't obvious at first). Her communication skills are excellent and made him feel at ease instantly. He was so proud to go home and show the rest of the staff and tell them a lady had cut his hair. She even showed him how to style it and what product would be good for him (not up selling a product they sell either) overall I was extremely happy and impressed with the service we received. "These guys are awesome. I've been using them for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the results, but I went to Steph for the first time last week and was so impressed. She's incredibly knowledgeable and really communicative, which is exactly what you need! Definitely worth the cost (in fact, it's worth more), and I'd advise you to listen to what these guys recommend. Kate has an amazing eye for what suits your particular hair style and always has great recommendations for what could work for you. All the staff at Barbers inc are great, Sophie has worked very hard to bring this team together and deserves a great deal of credit! Rushden is densely populated with Barbers and hair dressers, but this is by far the best. The price is representative of the high service you get, the complementary drinks is a nice touch too. The booking app is highly useful, this avoids those awkward queues of being unsure on who's next at the barbers. Through this you can sit and relax instead of worrying about if you've missed you turn! Thank you for all the great hair cuts I've had, especially to you Kate!"
