"What a great find !! First impressions were that it wouldn't be our sort of pub as we walked in from the canal boat. It was Sunday evening and we wanted feeding . However the staff were very friendly and went put of their way to cook even though they had just finished . The food was excellent and home cooked . The real ale was spot on and a good variety.
