Reviews of Hanley Brewers Fayre
"A woman - who looks like the manager - took us to the back of the restraunt past seas of empty tables that weren't reserved. Then, a woman immediately came to take the drinks order. The menu is reasonably priced, so I went for 12 spicy chicken wings for £9.99. They didn't look too bad, but it was like someone put a whole tube of sauce - which had a pretty good flavour but was downgraded by the sheer heat - in one spot of each wing. The chicken itself was nice, but it was like you were driving down the M1 but then it suddenly turned into a medieval track. If you don't like blue cheese, tough, you're gonna need it unless you are fond of your eyes closing unconsciously."
"Well what a great deal we had 2 mains for under £10 and a selection of a starter and pudding for £2.50 each,If you get there before 6 pm see the photos the fish and chips were massive tasty and fresh. All the food was great tonight and best of all Molly served us she was polite friendly and a credit to Brewers Fayre"
"We visited today along with my brother and sister in law. First visit but certainly won't be the last. We had a lovely very reasonably priced meal which was served very quickly, piping hot and generous portions. The surroundings were most pleasant and the waitress and waiter were both attentive and very helpful. A most enjoyable experience in every way 10/10."
"Buffet style breakfast with unlimited food and drink for £9-95 per person. As soon as food gets low ,hot fresh food is brought out very quickly. Enjoyable visit."
"Attended on a Saturday evening Wrong drinks brought When drinks arrived delivered to table, did not inform which come was which (regular and diet) Unclean utensils (see pic) 25 mins before ordering (later arrivals having order taken) Drinks are expensive at £3.10 for a glass of cola Have to say that the lady who eventually was sent to take the order and the lady from the kitchens who served to the table were both excellent and friendly I did bring the matter to the attention of the manager who was very professional (hence 2 star not 1 or less !)"
