Reviews of a+e/e.r. Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children
"It’s confusing & traumatising experience . The good nurses are amazing . BUT : The worst nurse I met there is a middle age South East Asian female who gossiping loudly in nurse room saying that xxx woman( me , myself ) must be a thief stealing blanket . she wants so many blankets for baby . ( I Standing by the door and heard her ) . Then she input pipe in my baby nose without my consent. It was so fast, I didn’t have chance to say anything . She said that’s for snot suction . The other middle age local nurse with short hair was nasty, she came into baby room with another nurse, they two busy chatting next room patient how rich they look ( cashmere etc ) & tried 2 times failed to take blood from my kid . When the blood coming out of my kid hand . I said omg . She yelled at me : oh shut up !! I am still deeply traumatised years later of those 2 nurses ."
"The worst experience I've ever had here... the a&e staff here (NURSES) are amazing but the doctors are very laid back... and as for only having 1 radiographer on its an absolute disgrace... I will be lodging a formal complain about her as her attitude and they way she is speaking to people is a disgrace"
