"Absolutely the worst set of lashes I have ever had. Used so much glue they are actually peeling off in strips. Have been in 3 times to get them to fix them properly and do what I paid them for. Have wasted £70 in last month on lashes here. I have now given up and won't be going back. They have actually taken my own lashes out with them. I am furious."

"I had the worst customer service here. Had my nails done and it’s the worst thing I have ever seen. Nails were so uneven, my 7 year old can do better. I called to complain and was told to come back and get it done again. They said they could only do two nails but if I wanted all changed they would have to charge me. The audacity!!!! The customer service is appalling. I will never go back here again even if you paid me. Spent petrol to return for my nails to get changed and they had to audacity to ask me to pay for it. Horrible place. Don’t go here if you appreciate good customer care."
