Impressed with his customer service I returned some weeks later to the store and purchased the disc brakes after a store colleague named Amanda was very helpful on the phone before hand. Upon entering the store another awesome colleague named Cam was really enthusiastic and helpful with my in store purchase of above mentioned item. Upon finding out he too was a fellow BMX rider I felt really valued as a customer, following a good chat about bikes and BMX. I would recommend these three colleagues and the Norwich store for sure.
