"I started to see Malcolm last year, after I had begun to follow a very dark and convoluted path with my mental health. To start with, the outcome I wanted from therapy was to bring back a younger, carefree, happy-go-lucky, and more ‘likeable’ version of myself. This was always going to be an impossible task.
