As You Are

"Was given their information by the wellbeing service September 2021, heard nothing until 2022 due to being missed off the system somehow. After all that time I was offered a Monday evening which I could no longer do as stated these days 9 months prior. Was told they would get back to me with more dates and they never did. I had to chase them twice to get noticed and gave up bothering a third time, never heard from them again. Good thing I'm not a suicidal case but have struggled regardless without any help. AVOID."

"I waited for months for an assessment to get some help and support for my mental health to which I had to chase to confirm my assessment was still going ahead to be told they had double booked me and could I do today at 1pm for an assessment. I agreed and moved my work schedule around and general schedule to ensure I was free. I was told I would receive zoom details today for the assessment. I have haven’t received anything and I called, text, emailed and left messages but no answer or response back from the person who was supposed to be doing my assessment or the admin team. Really appalled at the lack of communication and ability of keeping up to date with people."
