"I recently undertook the Wim Hof Method fundamentals half day course with Sarah and really enjoyed the session. Although I'd read Wim's recent book this was my first try at the breath work and an ice bath so was nice to do so with some guidance/support. Sarah and her assistant did a great job keeping things moving without it feeling rushed. Both were very polite and friendly and Sarah and I had a great chat around some of the science behind the method. "I’ve been working with Sarah over the past six weeks as part of her one-to-one Fundamentals sport psychology programme. I am a long-distance open-water swimmer and wanted to work on improving the mental skills that I know are key for me to continue to progress. In the sessions we’ve covered topics such as Clarity, Energy, Mindset and Confidence - and I now feel like I have a new set of tools to be able to tackle my races feeling calm and in control, with a contingency plan in place so I know exactly what to expect! As the sessions are all online, it's easy to fit them in around running my own business, and much more convenient than having to meet in person.
