"Asked for big taxi pre booked too and when the time came sent a small one then told me had no big taxis available"

"Made a reservation that was honoured for a specific time, which did arrived on time. When booking, the call went through but was answered by what sounded like a really grumpy guy who had enough. The driver was really nice but the interior was quite tatty, smelled alot of smoke and not helped by a noisy comms radio. For the distance I went I would say it was quite expensive, but then this is the first taxi I have taken since fuel prices went up."

"Got in, door didn't shut properly so went to shut it again and the driver drove off. Door swung open, I fell down and hurt myself and the driver just scoffed and went in a mood. Most drivers I get a good experience with. Not this one. He's always in a bad mood when we have him."
