"Two great cups of coffee to have sitting outside opposite the fruit and flower market . Flat whites have a lot more flavour than lattes which I find to be more milk than coffee taste. They now have m and s foods in store from plant kitchen!"

"First time visiting this Costa, there was a lot of choice of cakes, snacks, meals and drinks which was great to see. We had a Large Skinny Latte, Cheese and Tomato Toastie and a Smores Cake (which was 50% off and suitable for Vegetarians even though it had marshmallows on!) Because of the covid screen it was very hard to speak and hear the staff member especially as I was wearing a mask as well they struggled to hear what I was saying. I am glad a Covid screen is up but I felt sorry for them as we had to keep repeating ourselves a few times as the place was quite busy and noisy. There were only two members of staff, one who was doing the drinks and taking food out to people and the other who was taking orders and putting food in the oven etc, I think they need more staff (which I know might be difficult with the pandemic) but they were rushed off their feet which caused a queue as well. Toilets were clean, the table we were at was clean as well. Would visit again and hopefully next time it won't be as busy."

"the coffee and cake was nice but was way over priced for what it was worth, ok if you have got money to burn, was in the area and we popped in for a drink and bit of cake was not expecting it to be so expensive, the place was clean and the staff were good at what they were doing, only for the price I would not recommend."

"This is my favourite Costa and happens to be my local! Staff are amazing, always take the time to talk to you and are genuinely interested in catching up (not to the detriment of any customers). The drinks are perfect every time as is the food. Being a small branch, the food and cake selections are sometimes less varied than what you get at a large cafe. *Note to Costa management - let your managers order in what they know their customers like rather than deciding for them from miles away!* Thank you to Dan and all the team for making every visit the pleasure it should be."
