Neither move was easy due to complications in the chain and titles, but at no point did I doubt the professionalism of the team and their attempts to resolve things as quickly as possible. In retrospect I also really valued their honesty and refusal to give me false hope (a previous solicitor always said “in a couple of weeks” over and over for months) about when we would complete, until they actually could guarantee it.
