"Magical place. It is like diving into a child's world. One of those shops where you want to buy everything. My daughter calls it her "favourite shop in Blackrock". Quality is very good and the assistants are always very knowledgeable and approachable. It is expensive but that doesn't mean it is less than 5 stars! We are onto a bunk bed next!"

"Good quality, long delivery wait (6 weeks), customer attention could be better. The website should state clearly if the ordered item is in stock. Price was reduced by 27€ just 2 days after my order (6 weeks before delivery). When I asked about it they just offered a discount on an overpriced foam matress. I said I was not interested then radio silence. Harvey Norman did refund me on a much bigger discount without hesitation not long ago. Attention was generally poor. I had to make the calls to get any update... After paying in full with such advance it makes you worry. On the long-awaited call to arrange delivery, the caller said something like "I don't want to have to charge you for one delivery"... I wonder is that a reasonable sentence to say to a customer? We have jobs to attend, maybe I cannot be waiting for delivery between 10:00 and 13:30 on a weekday! I asked to be called and she said "no guarantee"... Really? Luckily the delivery guy was nice, and he called with enough advance."

"Shocking customer service. Ordered two mattresses and two bed rails online and the order was managed by the lady in this store. The website said 1-2 weeks delivery and it took almost 4 weeks to get them to me. I had to keep chasing her as otherwise I would have never received an update. The lady in the store (I'm assuming it's the same lady that the other reviewers are referring to too) was very rude and never apologized or offered to escalate or resolve, even though she knew how urgent the delivery was for me. It was extremely frustrating given that we had just moved into a new house and had no mattresses for our kids' beds!! On top of this, when the order arrived to their warehouse, one of the rails was the wrong color and she just simply called me to tell me I had to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for the right color, without any apology of course. So I just cancelled that item and asked for a refund. Also worth mentioning that the two people who delivered the mattresses were very elderly (and unfriendly) and couldn't bring the mattresses upstairs so I had to do it since my husband was traveling and I'm 8 months pregnant. Would have expected more from this company. I have spoken to a few other people in the Cork store and they seem WAY nicer and helpful, pity that the online orders go through the Blackrock store."

"Happy with product but customer service was awful! Firstly visited the shop in August with my 3 small children and shop smelt of cigarette smoke. Ordered a high bed online which arrived within the delivery time. When we opened the boxes though it was missing all the fittings for the bed part. Rang the shop and the lady didn't even offer an apology, I had to ask for one! Then when we started assembling it realised the bottom rung of the ladder was the wrong piece and waited 3 months for this to be delivered! I felt we should have been offered compensation for the inconvenience and suggested this in 2 emails both of which were ignored!"
