"Poorly stocked shelves of basic everyday meds. Shelves dirty and floor grubby. Chemists by the very nature of the service should present a clean spotless image. Staff friendly and helpful but my meds are never ready when I call. Collect half a day later or shop for 15 mins. They are all probably experiencing supply issues but cleanliness just involves either hiring a cleaner or rolling up your sleeves"
