"Costa Coffee is a great coffee chain that offers good reliable coffee across the country! In my experience, most if not all of their food is either covered behind glass or wrapped in cellophane covers. This is a massive plus point especially when compared to some other competitors that often have cakes within the area one in the queue may cough over. The seats are usually comfortable and the food is consistent and of an acceptable quality for the price paid."

"Right who ever owns this place, listen up . The food and coffee was excellent. Unfortunately the place needs cleaning. We rocked up and found a cleanish table on my third attempt . Crumbs on the seats and carpet. You need someone to go around cleaning up . Waiting times too long aswell. Food and coffee excellent but it needs cleaning . Well done to the staff who are working very hard but they need help with orders and cleaning . I don’t want to sit on food crumbs or eat off a coffee stained table."

"Lacking customer standards and slow service; 11 unoccupied tables all piled with used trays on my visit with my daughter today (a Sunday afternoon) - we weren't the only customers to clear our own tables in order to sit. They didn't seem especially busy in store at the time (a few cars at the drive thru though) but that was the excuse the barista gave when I pointed out there were no tables clear and no apology. Also, there are no napkins freely available - you have to disturb the baristas to ask for them which is especially frustrating when visiting with little ones."
