"I attended today and have been a patient for some time but I've become increasingly dissatisfied with the generally couldn't care less and unprofessional attitudes across the board. So there are reception staff who are generally quite dismissive and don't appear to have the word 'please' in their lexicon. Do they actually receive training to deal with the general public? Doesn't look like it. But what surprised and peeved me more was the dentist who was poking around in my mouth wearing a mask which was not covering his nose and who was sniffing continuously throughout. I should have mentioned it at the time but really...is this something a professional dentist needs to be told? The prodding lasted a full 2 minutes after which I was presented with a bill for £65!! No clean up, no filling (which I needed, the previous one by the same dentist having fallen out). I took the bill to the front desk where the full amount was requested. I explained that I would only pay for treatment I had actually received. All in all a really unpleasant experience. Needless to say that will be the last time I go there."

"I was booked in with the hygienist but when I arrived I was advised it was not my normal hygienist. I did feel a little uneasy as the hygienist knows my history and my teeth are very sensitive but I was immediately put at ease with Mr Moopen and his nurse. He was very gentle and took his time to talk to me about how I could improve my dental care. Couldn’t have asked for better care"
