"Having been a patient at this practice for nearly 20 years I would have to say that overall I have been more than happy with my experience. That is until a couple of weeks ago. I called as I was experiencing pain but was greeted by an automated answering service telling me that all receptionists were busy and to leave my details and they would get back to me. Okay, fine. So having done so and not receiving a call back after 5 hours I called again. To their credit they were apologetic and got me in within an hour and a half. I put it down to a one off. I then made an appointment for a treatment in 2 weeks time and booked time off work to attend. Fast forward to the day before treatment and I receive a call saying that the dentist wanted longer to carry out the surgery and could they reschedule for the following week. Being in pain for the last 2 weeks I was unhappy to accept this. Thankfully they've managed to reschedule my appointment for the day after it was originally planned for. I understand that things happen, but my gripe is why wait until the day before to inform me that it was going to take longer. Luckily I had already booked that time off work otherwise that would have been another day wasted and another day in pain. I'm really hoping that my experiences within the last couple of weeks are just a blip and that I've been unlucky. I just hope that their very high standards are not dropping. *update* After more recent experiences at Brookfield Dental I have to give credit where it's due. Rachel is definitely an asset to the practice. She carried out the procedure (root canal) literally pain free. At no point did I ever feel as though I was going to jump towards the ceiling. I found her to be very professional, informative and concise on my options regarding my treatment. Along with the dental nurses, reception staff and anybody else that I haven't mentioned, I've found that you're guaranteed a friendly professional welcome. Going to the dentist is no longer a thing to dread. Certainly not at this place. It would seem that the couple of blips that I experienced were just that. Blips. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anybody. In fact on a couple of instances I have."

"I have been with this practice for far more years than I can remember. Never had any cause for complaint. Spotlessly clean and comfortable surroundings. Top class professional friendly staff. Always assured of a warm friendly welcome. All treatment is delivered with extreme care and in the patients' interests. Highly recommend even if it means going on a waiting list."

"If all dentists were as good as these guys it wouldn't be such a traumatic experience. I rang up for that morning as an emergency and they got me in for that afternoon. I was petrified going in thinking I was going to be in severe pain for a few days after the extraction, to my surprise I've not even had so much as an ache or throbbing sensation at all and didn't even have to take pain killers the dentist was amazing I was in and out in less than 30mins. The team are brilliant they make you feel at ease the whole way through the appointment. Highly recommend"
