Costa Coffee

"Been co.ihgvhere 5 years now and over the years we've seen many staff come and go, one thing thatbhasng changed isbthe state of the place it never looks clean the toilets are allways filthy and don't look like they've been deep.cleaned in a very long time. Since the new staff has taken over the drinks have been iffy with each member of staff varying the standards of coffee, most of the staff are ace especially the manager matt but as for some of the others an attitude adjustment is need if u work in service the customer is allways right and I do not expect attitude when they've got my drink wrong etc"

"Checked website which said closing time of 6. We arrived and although the staff were generally ok, it took 5mins for the 4 to decide you would serve us. Cake and coffee great. At 5.20 a young man started to hoover around tables next to us, not good for asthmatics. We did feel like we were being pushed to leave. Then a young lady staff member, came an politely let us know that they close at 5.30. Ah right, I said, but the website states 6pm. She advised they know and have been asking for it to be change for a while now. SO COME ON SENIOR MANAGEMENT HELP THE STAFF OUT AND CUSTOMERS TO TO AVOID THIS KIND OF EMBARRASSMENT."

"Toilets are disgusting no soap, hand dryer broke , smelt horrible over flushed toilet , I can go on I wanted get out of them that quick there was no picture. Sat and had my hot chocolate, 15mins into it just before closing time , they must help themselves to free cakes just before closing time and saw the insert them into bags ( fair dos , why not have some perks ) , but as this young blonde lady used cake slice to handle the cake , she dropped the cake slice on the floor, picked it back up , and put it back without even Washing it . Imagine if a customer wanted a cake 5mins after that happend .. not good . So in general, dirty staff and dirty toilets , if you want a honest review."

"There was only a staff working queue was big very slow moving. Young girl that was serving at till was not friendly like she did not want to be there. Tables were dirty no one clearing anything away. Not acceptable. Food was cold when got it. No napkins given. Worst costa service ever."
