"Maybe caught it on a bad day but remember coming months ago and the coffee machine was broken then too. So yes broken coffee machine, so no hot chocolate for little one and no chocolate milk as an alternative maybe a good idea to have some in. Also, it was just before 1pm on Saturday and they had run out of sausage rolls and ham and the person infront of us had children who couldn't have cheese and had already paid so don't know what they did there for them. The cafes been here a good while now, shouldn't be running out of basics like ham really, there's a Tesco 3 minute walk away. Anyway staff have always been lovely can't fault them and we do like it and will be back, just think it can be a bit disorganised, long wait times/queue for service. Food for thought, chocolate milk for kids, 2nd coffee machine since that one seems to break alot, keeping track of levels of basic ingredients so you can cater to all dietary requirements."
"Lovely hidden gem in the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery. The cream tea is excellent. The staff are really friendly."
