"Really poor service. Took 10 minutes to make the coffee, after being reminded twice! Even then the wrong shot was put in. So we then said we'll hold on to the wrong coffee until the correct one is made. 5 minutes later we asked where is the coffee? The waiter, Dan, refused to make it until we returned it. Very arrogant, no apology and no sense of customer service. We got a refund and left."

"Slow. Very messy. No one cleaning up. Covid NHS QR code not in a very convenient place. Got my very simple order wrong 2 basic drinks). Staff very disorganised and all behind counter and tripping over each other."

"Awful. Cold expensive coffee. I could not believe the mess inside, do you not have cleaners? See my pics. Disgusting, I can understand a few tables here and there but wow the mess is everywhere and all over the floor, it's quiet and no one is cleaning. Neglected. Staff are friendly and that's about it. Do not go here."
