"The initial order came out with 2 of the three meals incorrect with items that had been requested not to be included. As the meals aren’t cheap we decided to send them back so 2 of the party could enjoy the meal they were looking forward to. The kitchen was busy so it took a while for the food to appear but Ollie provided amazing customer service. Firstly apologising for the error and then offering drinks to those that had sent their meal back. When the meals came back they were delicious so well worth the wait. Would definitely come back again and the wait didn’t spoil a lovely evening out."
"The food was lovely and very filling. I've rated the service and atmosphere at 2 stars purely because the place was very quiet with only us and 2 others in, and the barman was being trained by the only other staff member visible. I'd definitely go again though."
"Located near the Pier and Beach front at Worthing. They do a nice Fish and Chips. Seem to have a large selection of Cocktails. Milkshakes are nice in there when there are available. Staff are friendly. Issue is the queue system. You cannot order online. Need to go to the bar where queue is at all angles. Staff limited behind the bar, when you need to order food and elaborate cocktails are being made at a slow pace on days where the venue is filled you can be waiting 15+ minutes."
"We had lunch here while in Worthing and I have to say the star of the show was the chicken salad. Not often that a salad trumps a burger but on this case it did. The original burger needed more sauce as it was quite dry. Unfortunately we also had to wait quite a while for our food but overall the service was friendly, the atmosphere good and as said, the chicken salad was delicious!"
