Reviews of Embassy of China
"The worst experince ever had over the phone service. really unprofessional inpatient and rude. should be shame of them。。"
"I just called to inquiry a matter. The woman who answered the phone was so rude! I explained what I look for, she said something I didn't understand so I asked her to please explain again. She started to pretend she can't hear me, I thought my signal was bad so I hang up and called her back. She didn't pick up the phone. I called her 8 times. She didn't pick up the phone and she rejected my calls straight away when they went through. I feel so disappointed as a Chinese citizen, I was treated this way. The government always say they will protect their own people abroad but in reality they won't do anything for you."
"The attitude over the phone! Unbelievably unprofessional! Just some easy enquiry and talking to me like I am an idiot, kept asking me impatiently if I read the website notice. Think about this, if your notice was thoroughly well explained, why would I waste my dear time to call? Eventually the woman over the phone explained nothing useful and kicked the ball over and asked me to bother other relevant agencies. Remember, I called during your working hours and IT IS your job to answer questions. If you work, do your job professionally. Especially an embassy represents your country."
"Terrible service. Lady working there is most unhelpful. Any questions are responded with an attitude. I don’t understand how they were chosen for the job. Shame they are representing the country."
"It's actually quite unbelievable how unhelpful and rude the staff are. It's like something from a comedy. I rang looking for help, really stressed about the visa. I was shouted at after my second question, which I was taken aback by. She then pretended to hang up the phone though I could still hear her at the desk. I literally asked two questions, and at no point got frustrated or angry. It's a shame they have people working at an embassy with that attitude. A terrible representative for the Chinese people. All the reviews are the same. But you can't believe how rude until you deal with them. Hire new staff!"
