"Utterly disappointed and totally overpriced poor quality food Came for dinner last night with friends. Having read reviews and looked at the menu and photos on your website we were excited to come However, the quality of the food and the presentation were so poor and outdated it was I. No way a reflection of this Nothing we had resembled any of the style of the photos we had seen on your website, yet this was the only menu we were shown Three of us had Dover sole and two of them were raw! How can that happen?? It was removed to the kitchen and clearly microwaved because the new potatoes went soggy and the green beans went a khaki colour So now the timing of the whole meal to enjoy together has gone.. evening ruined The sherry trifle.. had never seen sherry.. and in fact it was prob the worst desert I’ve ever eaten. Rubber jelly at the bottom of a GLASS and cream on the top and I found shell from the pistachio topping… I’m so annoyed to think our friends paid a lot of money for this food and it was so awful Would happily speak to management The best part was the barman and the lovely waitress"

"The service was a joke they put us in the worst table, we waited one hour to get served. People's who come after us getting served before us. But they give us old peanuts without asking us if we where allergic. Maybe they didn't served us because we weren't British. The starter was good. The main was good except the fact my steak was not cooked. I have to sent it back and waited even more. They promised a glass of prosecco but we never received it. Such a shame because the food is good. I don't blame the staff i blame the owner."
