"Nice cinema, not too big but OK. Comfortable seats and sofa bed in the screen rooms and not always crowded. The prices are good, there is free parking opposite the cinema at night time but you have to pay for parking during the day. Good location and easily accessible, close enough to the balbriggan train station."
"Convenient location for those who have to take the train into Balbriggan, only a three-minute walk from the station. Snacks are alright. Only complaint is only two working toilet stalls, the rest are out of order. Otherwise, staff is friendly, and overall experience was very good."
"Absolutely terrible very dirty cinema. Nobody checked our tickets we might as well have not paid. Toilets not clean no toilet paper only 2 toilets working all others out of order signs up. Girl on duty couldn't care less attitude on her phone and told me there was toilet paper in the toilet ?? Popcorn terrible not fresh at all."
"Love going local for the cinema, however was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The toilets were filthy, the carpets in the hallway were dirty. The whole place looked scruffy. The popcorn was stale. The staff are all very friendly. The place just needs a good clean."
"The cinema is a great local resource, but some improvement is required such as: - cinemas should be cleaned between viewings (wrappers, popcorn and drinks were all over seats and floors) - toilets need repair - both the gents and ladies had 'out of order' stalls and sinks. The picture and audio quality are excellent, and with a few tweaks this cinema would be up to the quality expected of an Omniplex. It would be a shame for this great local resource to lose business from things that could be corrected"
