"My son Maaran started in Giraffe Parkwest when he was 10 months old. The careers under Lesley are really wonderful. They are friendly and welcoming. Individual attention was given to each child. Food was prepared in house with care and love. They give loads of fun activities for children. Special thanks to Aoife, Giovanna, Silvia, Aishling and Lesley for taking special care of him. As a mom was so comfortable to send my lad there under your care. Due to personal circumstance we have to move to different creche, but any day I prefer you guys. Keep up the good work guys :)"

"Poors mothers whom thinks they kids are save in here, struggling and unhappy staff letting kids eat glue, paint and even blue tag and parts of the mop, which the kids finds on the floor. The most insane person runs this place! Yours kids are not the priority here!"

"My son Rowan has been attending Giraffe Park West since he was 11 months old. He learns so much through the centre and he has been so well cared for through all his years. The food provided is top notch. Though my son preferring Keith's cooking to mine breaks my heart sometimes! COVID-19 was tough, and the staff were incredible throughout. My son heard Lesley on the phone when he was about to go back and ran downstairs so fast to say hi I was lucky he didn't hurt himself. They nurture your child, treat them with kindness and are always there to talk through issues of concern to you. My boy will be going to school next year, and I can only hope he will be as happy and cared for as in Giraffe. They have lessened the guilt of being a working parent. Thank you to all the staff from managers, teachers and carers to kitchen and cleaning staff."

"Our little 10month old started going to crèche with Giraffe in Park West in January and the experience has been very good. Lesley Ann and Aoife are very warm and welcoming and you truly see how much they care for the little ones in the crèche. It was out baby’s first time in crèche and he settled in well and we are very happy with the childcare given. They do plenty of activities and you have a handover every day. Our little one has gotten very attached to his carers, Rachida and Emma and we are delighted with this. I really recommend this crèche."

"Great staff and facilities Beth started in Giraffe Parkwest when she was 2. The staff were so helpful and friendly and caring. Carol gave me a detailed handover everyday on how Beth got on and I could see the staff in her room and all the others who worked in the creche got to know her every quickly.I soon felt at ease going to work in the mornings knowing she was happy there. Later that year when I wanted to potty train they were so helpful with tips and in assisting in her training. Learning from the other children and having experienced staff there meant it was easy for her and I really felt I had great support. She is in the pre-school room now and I the staff continue to show great support. The creche has a great focus on healthy eating both in what they serve for lunch and dinner and in how they teach the children about eating healthy. They always keep the children interested and active - activities this summer have included yoga, obstacle courses, dress up days, art projects and the regular activities such as reading, singing and doing puzzles. I cannot credit the staff enough for the care and enthusiasm they have for their work, the love they have shown for my daughter and the support they have give to me when i just needed reassurance that I wasn't losing my mind!! Due to personal circumstances she is finishing up in the creche this week and we will miss all the girls and her little friends she has made the past couple of years."
