"Had a fabulous weekend. Although I did find the fun fair so expensive really unfair after paying so much for our tickets. I felt it should have been a little better priced for children. It cost us for 3 children and one adult on one ride 16 euro for 3 mins totally over the top I understand running cost but a little over priced. Music was amazing and such a good experience for family fun fabulous really a great experience except for the over priced fun fair dreadful stuff. So unfortunate as we have never had that before we have been to all the family stuff in Russborough."
"Ruined by our Pink Moon tenting experience so couldn't enjoy the festival as had to pack up and leave. Our tent was filthy; we found a soiled nappy and black mould in tent pockets; the seams of tent let in a lot of rain fall; other people around had same issues in terms of their tents leaking and black mould. Lots of people left the festival because of the state of the tents. The toilets were filthy too. The poor staff did what they could but they said they had to out up what they were given knowing the tents were in a terrible condition. Never again and it ruined my daughter's first ever festival experience. Kalidascope organisers should look for a an alternative Irish supplier of tents as it seems we received UK tents from Isle of White festival and they were not cleaned."
"absolutely loved it, my 15 and 10 year old both really enjoyed the weekend, plenty to do and see, really good artists, couldn't possibly beat the venue. lots of free space both inside the venue and in the campsites, a must with kids camping. we will definitely be back next year."
"Wonderful child-friendly event. My two children (5- and 9-years old) had a ball. Facilities were great, staff were lovely, and there was a bewildering array of things to see and do. The only things I can criticise are that the signage wasn't great and a few more kid-centric options on the food front would have been good. Marvellous. Highly recommend!"
