"Not had any trouble until my renewal. Seems they doubled the price of my insurance for the renewal, I decided to go with another insurance company. As normal my new insurance company want proof of my no claims. Unfortunately Zenith are reluctant to send me it out. On the phone 3 times promised and promised and still nothing. One agent told me the best way to resolve it was to renew with them , cheeky sod. If you sorted your price out and looked after your customers , instead of trying to rob them maybe I would. Shocking. Avoid."

"I wish I read the reviews before I joined. I’m having the worst experience, now reading reviews I’m realising others have gone through what I am going through now. The other day I was on the phone between Zenith and Markerstudy for 5 & half hours. Then I’m constantly getting pass from pillar to post given the wrong information, passing through to enterprise but enterprise have no information about my claim. Then on the phone for a further hour today to chase up my “garaunteed” replacement car but still I’ve got no car n no one has called me back. At this point I’m not calling them anymore, it’s disgusting. DO NOT USE THEM!!"

"Very easy to deal with. Unfortunately had to cancel my insurance policy with them due to a wording error but the customer service team were excellent to deal with, waived the cancellation cost and fully reimbursed my deposit (minus the two days cost of using the policy)."

"re van accident repairs.. i did not expect to have to organise everything myself. this has involved numerous phone calls back and forth between repair shop, vision, marker study, zenith, enterprise rentals. everytime im on hold for at least 15 mins. often get cut off. emails from markerstudy dont get sent. vision is a complete waste of time. im self employed and have wated hours and phone credit trying to get my van fixed. still waiting confirmation of courtesy vehical......watch ghis space. accident was in July! its now November."

"This is an appalling insurance company and the worst I have ever had over 25 years of driving. Having lodged a claim for a repair in March 2022 I am still waiting for this to be fixed as of October 21 2022. They completely fail to be in touch. I am in the process now of drafting a claim for my local court for breach of contract! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!"
