"Opened the delivery box Christmas Eve too find all the presents but the one doll that my daughter asked for I was left in the art s Christmas Eve no doll for her she woke up and asked why did santy forgot to give her the doll .. absolutely disgraceful couldn’t get through to anyone for ages even when they opened back up .. the dolls completely out of stock I got a refund but I will hear the end of why santy forgot her she will never forget this and I will never hear the end of it it’s heart breaking…. I will never shop with smyths again everytime theirs a toy broke or a table missing a part they don’t value their costumers or take responsibility for their mistakes horrible company who sell and advertise for Christmas toys yet don’t send them don’t take responsibility"

"The security on shift today ruined my entire experience, I went in with my 1 year old son and was hiding a ball from him which he took as me trying to steal it even though I was there for half an hour after it he followed me around the entire shop in and out every aisle and then to the till where he watched me buy all the toys. We always tried to ask him a question to which he pushed past saying he doesn't work there. So unprofessional and clearly profiling is still a thing"
