Because you won’t listen when people tell you."

"Manager is awful to customers. Rest of the staff are grand. I brought a yoghurt back that had expired 2 weeks before purchase and he threw a hissy fit. I couldn't have been nicer about it. He said 'that's why they have expiry dates on them', as if it was my fault they had expired products on the floor. When I asked him if I could get a refund he threw the stock he was unpacking aside dramatically and ran up to the counter making a big deal of it saying 'oh you want a refund, you want a refund!'. I thanked him for refunding the item, confused by what was taking place, and he did a high-pitched impression of what I said out loud! I have seen this man being scary rude to other customers, and I have noticed well out of date a few times since but have been afraid to point it out because of the reaction I got from him. This man is not well and I would recommend you avoid this shop for this reason. I reported this to the regional manager since but they never took any action that I could see. He is in his 40's I would say with a shaved head of grey hair- just a head's up."
