"WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY. People had warned me they were affectionately called "S*ittySprint" but my god, I did not expect this level of service! They never rocked up to collect my parcel, costing me £150 in Uber services to make up for their mistake. Stupidly, used them again 4 days later and they rocked up two hours late! Whilst their customer service team were nice and friendly, getting a refund from them was like getting blood from a stone. Please please, if you're considering using them look elsewhere. I cannot emphasise how bad they are. I've never dealt with a company so useless at the one service they are meant to provide."
