"I phoned cheshire design centre to see if the shop was open to look at wood burners and thermal stores and have a “general chat” about them. I was told this was something different and they would charge me 100 pounds for a “general chat”, therefore i did not get chance to set foot in the shop and look at any of their products. I will be going elsewhere to buy my heating system where they will be happy to chat about their great products and knowledge for free."
