"In the interests of redressing the balance of the poor reviews... Recently made a purchase from Eibach Shop UK. There were some UK stock issues which I was informed about immediately, then three days later I decided to change my order which was done in a matter of minutes and the items arrived the next day. Customer Service was really helpful and pleasant. Would definitely order direct from Eibach/POTN in the future."
"I ordered a set of strutmounts from the Eibach-shop of POTN in August 2019. After POTN was not able to send me working and fitting parts until December I cancelled the purchase. Now I had to wait until February to get at least the purchase price back. The postage for returning the faulty parts I will probably never see again, contrary to earlier claims."
"Terrible company with no customer service skills, was told my suspension order was in stock and would be 3-5 days, it's been 5 weeks and all I have is a vague shipping number that tells me they moved my parts around a warehouse in the Deutschland. Had I not made multiple calls to them I'm sure they would of happily took my money and left me in the dark until whatever date my order finally arrives. Was told they attempted to call me to inform me, they didn't even have the courtesy of leaving a voicemail, if they even actually called. Could of walked to Germany and picked them up myself by this point."
"Unless you're unemployed, prepare to have to pick your parcel up from a depot, which in my case is a 100 mile round trip away. Unlike other retailers, they refuse to allow DPD to 'leave safe' and a set of springs is apparently too large for a drop-off shop."
"Beware!!!! The 0844 number on the website contact page is a premium charge rate number. This company is in breach of Ofcom regulations for failing to disclose this and don’t offer an alternate local rate number either. They also will not refund you the extortionate call charges unless you buy something from them!! So don’t ring and ask a question as the advice will cost you, I was put on hold as well during my calls which I now know I was being charged to wait in the end of the line! The UK shop in this respect is not operating openly or honestly and have shown little remorse...... thanks for wasting my time and money!! Edit: 1 week after sending email complaint I have not received even an email reply with an apology, and I requested a reply within 3 days but they obviously don’t care! Shame because the product is good but the customer care is a disgrace!"
