"We were travelling back from London when there was a train strike so had to get off our train at Haywards heath which was about 30 minutes drive away from home and we were unfamiliar with the area. We called HP taxis first and they were friendly and professional. They offered us a price and I asked if i could call back to confirm after checking other companies. They had no problem with this, I called other companies - all of whom quoted me at least 20% more than HP.. I called HP back and they were happy to oblige. The kind taxi driver called Kero called me to confirm my arrival and to let me know where he would be located. Kero was where he said he would be and even allowed me time to have a quick cigarette before we set off. Great service and a lovely man. Safe driver. Would highly recommend. Thank you"

"Your driver sharan or sunny whatever he called himself was late because you took the wrong details even though I asked him yesterday if he can pick us up at 11 aswell as this morning and still took £20 when I told him he should only take half. I didn’t have time to argue with him because we were about to miss our train. He didn’t apologise or anything even though We waited in the freezing cold for 45 minutes with my disabled mother who had to rush to the train station with her Walker. He's so rude. Awful service. Don’t use Update: that’s your fault for booking it wrong. Also I heard him in the background telling you he collected me yesterday. He works for you, so you should both accept responsibility for this."
