"Dont use this unorganised company. I'm the neighbour of a property purchase they are sorting out. Just got this email through titled "urgent". I'd like to point out these people aren't paying us but tried to make us into their free courier service . They told us that we had to get our neighbour to sign a document and help him find a witness which couldn't be us and return in person said documents to them by MONDAY (written in block capitals for extra bossiness) during lockdown- (illegal, but solicitors wouldn't know about the law since its not their field) because otherwise they will miss their deadline. The irony being if they'd not ignored our emails all week we could have done that for them. Find a company that replies quickly and doesn't dole out deadlines for your future neighbours at the last possible minute."
