"Honestly the worst doctors surgery I have ever been to. No communication between GPs and Nurses so constantly having to re-explain stuff to every single staff member you see as no one notes anything down or actually reads doctors notes. Constantly being passed between doctors and nurses as no one can actually make up their mind what their actually job is or should be! Been told by nurses to get doctors appoint for confirmation of medication to then be told by doctor 'its not their job it is the nurses job'. Honestly the most frustrating doctors surgery ever AVOID"
"My experiences here have always been excellent. Particular mention to Dr Crawford and nurse Vicky, who did an amazing job stitching my hand up after an accident in lab. I think I was seen and on my way out, stitched and bandaged up within an hour. Had an enjoyable chat about the merits of oldskool/hardcore piano anthems of the 90s along the way as well. 10/10 would recommend"
