"Our child was seen by lead community paediatrician Dr Zeitlin. We told Dr Zeitlin went and made a referral for our son to be seen by an endocrinologist at the James Paget, however we told Dr Zeitlin that our child was under an endocrinologist at the Norfolk and Norwich and had being seen there for some time. Dr Zeitlin never told us at the appointment that she was going to make this referral, and never made reference to this in her clinical letter, which the gp would have seen as well. We spoke to the gps surgery about Dr Zeitlin doing this and they agreed that it was not ethical and appropriate for our child to be seen by two different endocrinologist's at two different hospitals. It was also highly inappropriate for Dr Zeitlin to conceal and not inform us as parents, and I would go as far to say that Dr Zeitlin was acting like our child's school ORMISTON ACADEMY LOWESTOFT in total denial and acting from a malicious template.It is clear that from the facts of this act Dr Zeitlin is in someway unfit to practice."

"My daughter has been put on the wrong waiting list after making a complaint my daughter was seen back in January my daughter was supposed been seen by Dr Damodaran in July but because of the waiting list she can't be seen by Dr Damodaran until after Christmas instead of waiting to be seen by Dr Damodaran we now have got a follow up appointment with Dr Haider in July even though Dr Damodaran was supposed to be doing a social communication assessment so it will be a case of telling this Dr Haider all of my daughter's problems again and probably ending up with a different answers if any at all very upsetting and frustrating"
