"The staff are excellent, Some of the best doctors and nurses l have ever known. Have to say a special thank you to Maggie Who has all the time in the world to give as much help and care as she possibly can. l dont know why some people complain about this surgery as they try to do the best they can under present circumstances. l have been with them for years and have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you to all the staff you are very much appreciated for everything you do."

"I changed to this surgery earlier this year as my old surgery was appalling. At first I had great care and they always called when they said they would which my old surgery didn't. Recently I've had two bad experiences though. The first one I filled in in online form asking for several issues to be addressed and wanting a face to face a appointment. I was given one about 4 weeks ahead but it was cancelled at the time as the doctor had covid and was given a telephone appointment instead. When I spoke to the doctor he said I needed to see him the following week. When I went to this appointment he would only deal with one issue and was very abrupt. The second issue was that I've just had a chest infection and have asthma but was told I would have to wait a week for an appointment. I went to the walk in centre and was told that I have a bad chest infection and given antibiotics. Having asthma and breathing problems used to be a priority but it doesn't seem the case anymore. If I had waited for the doctors appointment I would probably ended up in hospital or worse."

"I have just called the practice because I was concerned my daughter may have strep a (cough, red throat and sleepy) and the receptionist was very rude and told me that my daughter does not have enough symptoms in order to have an appointment booked in. I advised her that my daughter was not herself in the last few days and as a mum I know when something is wrong with my child. She eventually told me that a gp will call me. I really do not recommend the practice when it comes to admin staff… the doctors, nurses are so sweet if you pass the grumpy lady in reception (the same one each time…) I really don’t think the lady has a medical background to put a diagnostic (she said that it’s simply a cold and told me to give my daughter ibuprofen and calpol)…"

"Went for a booster vaccination and found the staff to be very friendly and the whole process was efficient, fast and painless! Ample parking outside and a capacious waiting room. I am not a patient here so can't comment on the general practice side, but I would be happy to recommend it as a vaccine centre."
