"Live locally and haven't been there in over a year. Passed by and went in for something small and remembered the reason why I stopped going. Staff chewing gum and playing with phones while serving customers. 'Guy serving told me there was something wrong with my card - there is nothing wrong with it. The machine didn't even recognise the transaction. Clearly the machine is faulty but 'Steve's was too busy om his phone to notice."
