"Absolute joke went here on my break, bit of a cue for Subway didn't bother me. However I noticed the staff member working there was very slow and seemed quite clueless and not bothered at all. It almost seemed like he was doing it on purpose, took him about 2 mins to put gloves on and him putting toppings in the sandwich took forever A lot of people in the cue were getting frustrated and were walking out cause of this guy. I spoke to another guy who was very angry and walked out to make his bus cause the wait was terrible. 20 mins later I finally got served, once again he was extremely slow especially considering I waited 20 mins in line and there was only 3 or 4 customers ahead of me when I walked in and others behind, which is a worrying sign. Then he had to go out back for paper which wasted another few mins, then when I tried to pay the card machine didn't work, he tried to blame my card lol, he was messing about on the till, didn't know what he was doing and did not seem to care at all how annoyed people were. I told him you have had people waiting over 20 mins and a good few have walked out its an absolute disgrace. He wasted my break, I dunno how he got the job personally untrained and a poor attitude 0 customer service, I won't be back."
"I ordered half a sandwich with gluten-free bread. It cost me €12.20. This value doesn't make sense"
"It is small and in a very central location. There are few shops right there at all the bus stops, this one charges steeply for basics and outrageously for biscuits and such. There is an Insomnia there which is great for a cuppa when you see your bus is 10 minutes away. The women in there are lovely and co-operative and probably worth a lot more than they are paid."
"I like the donuts in this shop. Cause after you eat one you’ll never give up on a diet again. They thought I’d made up the donut deal advertised on their window. They were repurposed cheese rolls with cement fillings. Rare day when I leave donuts for the rats to get but to be fair I think they wouldn’t even touch them."
"Had a bad experience in this shop last Monday. The staff behind the deli counter is very rude no manners at all feel like i was being bullied...asked for a chicken fillet roll while still serving me she called for the next customer and the shop wasn't even busy and I wanted to order more stuff...while leaving she said something in her language which i feel uncomfortable and went to pay at the counter and have to pay for my can of coke as it's comes with the deal told the girl at the counter she replied we don't have any coke so on my pov if they don't have coke as on the deal either don't do the deal or give another soft drink like fanta or watever but no still have to pay for it...wouldn't recommend anyone to this shop terrible service and deli staff..."
