"This is a great, upscale local market with a great fresh fish, meat and produce selection as well as gourmet foods. However, despite the fish and seafood on the sushi being beautiful and fresh, they don't use sushi rice. It's literally like eating grain. And they sell sushi rice, so, I am confused by this situation ."
