"Went here to see an ENT specialist after waiting for 2 years since my GP referral, putting up with the pain and discomfort. He said he was a consultant and started with some spiel about himself that I wasn’t interested in. I finally got to explain my issue and the guy didn’t listen to a word I said and started talking about something else. He kept interrupting me and assumed something else and said my nose was wonky and started talking about cosmetic surgery and stuff that I didn’t want to discuss whatsoever! I made it clear once again and said that I’ve never cared about how my wonky nose looks and want him to talk about my actual issue. He put a camera up my nose but skipped past the area of concern and didn’t look at it until the end! Not sure how they can employ a doctor who doesn’t listen to their patient first. I gave up and thought to myself, instead of paying a quarter of my salary on NI per month to pay for this kind of service, I could have a holiday across the world and see a private doctor and it would still be cheaper and better. Zero stars for this man. The nurses and the reception staff were lovely though and the appointment was on time, therefore 2 stars."
