"Ordered tiles came very fast my only concern was that there were plenty of floor staff but no one at the tile service i understand that i went in three times and no one to serve me and that they were on their break. Very understandable but with all the other staff is there no one to cover these peoples breaks. Half an hour i stood waiting for someone to come back this is not fair on the staff and they lost 4 potential customers. Not the staffs fault this is poor management"
"Absolutely shocking customer service, such a pity as shop it's self has lovely stuff but staff need some customer serving training and manager on the floor to keep them on their feet. Been in there number of times, never had any staff approach or be helpful but this week, I was in a few times and safe to say, staff definitely don't work on commission. Today, I had female staff ,shake her hands at me say what was my problem. I finally when I made my complaint I got decent staff to deal with but to add insult to injury I returned a few items, I got charged for returning the items that where still in there wrapper and literally just needed to be swapped out. Absolutely joke. Safe to say in won't be returning."
