From the Manager Neil, Kerry who designed our new bathroom and helped us make our choices, Andy who has also helped us when Kerry and Neil have been on their well deserved days off and the latest to join the team, Natalie, every person has been helpful, informative, courteous, kind and generous. Pity we only have one bathroom to refit!"

"David, Norwich Despite low initial expectations that we would find something for our budget, our visit to the Showroom unearthed an ideal shower tray, which Neil Gardner was aware had just become available. Although samples had not yet arrived, he took every effort to obtain details. We ended up placing the order and returning to look for tiles. Neil was great, and treated our very small requirements as if they really mattered. He helped us source the last remaining 4 particular (large format) tiles in the UK, that we were interested in! A good experience (and the Showroom was worth the visit, too!)."
