"Not a great service as far as delivery goes, I ordered a mattress and a bed frame from the north walsham department, paid an extra £35 for it to be delivered on my only day off (Sunday). All that's been delivered is the mattress. Phoned up to see what was going on with the bed and was told I'd get a call back, 45 minutes went by so I tried to call back, only for them to keep disconnecting my calls, so called on the landline and low and behold it was answered. Now they are blaming panther (the delivery company) and can't give me any answers until they speak to panther, and you guessed it they are saying panther is closed, which I find hard to believe, because if they have men on the road then for health and safety reasons someone would be at the office incase of emergencies and such like. I've been told I will get a call in the morning, so will update my review in time. But not a very happy customer right now. Edit, Monday; so after being told I would be contacted this morning...... No contact. So I've tried to call again but the line going dead after a few rings, so ended up calling customer service, just to be told someone will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours. So Monday has been and gone, no call from them, not even a customer service call to say they are trying to sort it. Tuesday no word from them. Wednesday no word from them, so went into the north walsham store and asked for a refund, they said certainly sir, I'll mark it as high priority and someone from head office will be in touch ASAP. Thursday 11:00am still not heard from them, so I am going to have to take it upon myself to make more calls and now chase my money. Managed to get my money back by Friday, so in this whole shower I only received one call from them and that was to get my card details to give me a refund. I would never step foot in this shop again, customer service is shocking, all sweetness and smiles when they are taking your money. Be warned!!"
