They were careful to keep everything clean. They carried everything in, set the sofa up, and took away the packaging. Sean showed us how everything went together and how the recliner worked. "Things to like: they really believe in the quality of their furniture. Like, they will take the cushions off the sofa and jump on it to prove that the springs are good. They listen well and are patient in answering queries, recognising that furniture is a big investment for most of us. And the quality is good — the furniture is not the cheapest but it's better than similarly priced items from other places."
"Brought two toy boxes for my daughter, after one day the lid on one had broken, waited several weeks for a replacement, several weeks later the other lid has now broken. I believe the quality is in question here, I guess we will continue to replace toy boxes until they decide to give us all.our money back and take the boxes back or change the design."
