"Tarun and Louise have been managing a few of our HMOs in South Wales for over a year now and they couldn't have done a better job. We are based in the south of England so it was critical that we found a company to manage them where we could be completely hands off and have confidence that property/tenant issues, viewings, marketing etc could all be handled without needing to check up on things. Our high expectations of this have been exceeded by Tarun and the team. As another reviewer has said, they have a very rare "no issue is too big" and "leave it with me" attitude which means we can get on with the rest of our properties knowing the others are fully taken care of. The HMOs TKR manage are back to brick refurbishments but all have come with more than expected build defects and setting up issues. Tarun and team have had to deal with plumbing, decorating, electrical issues that should have been resolved before they took over but they had no issue jumping in and sorting them out themselves with their reliable team of tradespeople. They are also fully up to date with all the HMO regulations and ensure that tenants are safe and secure and have everything they need on day one. TKR also work with a great photographer and videographer and produced some great photos and video walkthroughs to market the properties for us. The outcome speaks for the quality of the marketing as all our rooms fill for the prices TKR believe they can achieve and the all tenants are properly vetted and as a result we have had very little turnover. In summary, we highly recommend TKR and will definitely have a long lasting relationship with them."
