"Under NO circumstances work with these people. They are incompetent, inconsiderate and corrupt. They refuse to give deposits back, violate and ignore the clauses in their contracts. Make students pay out for unspecified “fees” at short notice and provide little to no support regarding anything at all."

"Terrible experience with the company. They have failed to keep many promises such as when the accommodation will be finished and when we would be refunded. Overall a stressful experience and would not recommend to anyone to select housing from here but instead to actively avoid it. Attached is a picture of the "kitchen" taken in July with our move in date in September. The picture should highlight the incompetence of the company and the empty promises they make. We didn't expect to get balarammed so hard."
